Creating your First Credit Account

In this guide, we will walk you through the necessary steps to mint your first credit account on the Mars dApp. Follow this tutorial to efficiently bridge assets, approve transactions, and set up your credit account.

Step 1: Bridging Assets

After connecting your wallet to the Mars dApp, if you don't have any supported assets, the system will prompt you to bridge assets. Follow the instructions to transfer the necessary assets to your wallet before proceeding to create a credit account.

Step 2: Minting a Credit Account

When you have sufficient funds in your wallet, the dApp will guide you to initiate the process of minting a credit account. Click on "Approve Transaction" to authorize the creation of your credit account.

Step 3: Sign and Confirm Transaction

The next step involves signing and confirming the transaction. Follow the on-screen instructions to authenticate the action, thereby allowing the process to proceed to the next phase.

Step 4: Funding Your Account

With the transaction confirmed, you are now ready to fund your credit account. Click on "Select Assets" to choose the assets you wish to deposit into your newly minted credit account.

Step 5: Choosing Assets

Browse through the available assets and select those you wish to deposit into your credit account by clicking on them.

Step 6: Setting the Deposit Amount

After selecting the desired assets, specify the amount you wish to deposit into your credit account by entering the value in the designated field.

Step 7: Final Confirmation

To complete the process, sign and confirm the transaction once more.

Step 8: Inspecting Your Credit Account

Congratulations, you have successfully minted your first credit account! You can now click on the "Credit Account" tab situated at the top of the page to view and manage your account details.
